Chocolate Cherry Sourbet from a Can

  1. Freeze cherry pie filling and scoop out contents into a blender.
  2. Add syrup, brandy, and extract.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into shallow metal pan and freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen.
  5. Shave off portions with a spoon or ice cream scoop.
