Watermelon Smash

• 1 cup watermelon cubes
• 1 1/2 ounces pepper vodka
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• Ice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon.
2. Add the vodka, Simple Syrup and ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
