Chicken taco soup

  1. Boil chicken let cool then shred it.
  2. Save chicken stock
  3. Put 3 cups of the chicken stock and all the ingredients in a big pot.
  4. Bring to light boil then let it simmer for 30 mins
  5. Garnish with sour cream green onions shredded cheese
