Dole Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe
- 1 (20 ounce.) can Dole pineapple chunks
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves, in 1 inch chunks
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1.
- Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
- 2.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste; rub with garlic and thyme.

- Brown chicken in oil in non-stick skillet.
- 4.
- In bowl combine 2 tsp.
- pineapple juice with cornstarch.
- In separate bowl combine honey and mustard; stir into skillet with remaining pineapple juice.
- 5.
- Cover and simmer 15 min.
- 6.
- Add in cornstarch mix and stir.
- Add in pineapple chunks and cook, stirring till sauce thickens.
