Dole Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe

  2. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.

  4. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste; rub with garlic and thyme.

  6. Brown chicken in oil in non-stick skillet.

  8. In bowl combine 2 tsp.
  9. pineapple juice with cornstarch.
  10. In separate bowl combine honey and mustard; stir into skillet with remaining pineapple juice.

  12. Cover and simmer 15 min.
  13. 6.
  14. Add in cornstarch mix and stir.
  15. Add in pineapple chunks and cook, stirring till sauce thickens.
