Apple Pie Bites

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Unroll 1 pie crust on lightly floured surface; cut into 16 rounds with 2-inch cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  3. Repeat with second crust.
  4. Mix pie filling, cheese, nuts and raisins until blended; spoon onto centers of 16 of the pastry rounds, adding about 1 Tbsp.
  5. to each.
  6. Cover with remaining pastry rounds; press edges together to seal.
  7. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Cut slits in tops to vent; sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Bake 15 to 18 min.
