Grilled Turmeric Potatoes
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. ground turmeric
- 1-1/2 lb. cooked red potatoes (about 6), chilled, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 4 oz. paneer cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large sweet onion
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix dressing and turmeric.
- Thread potatoes onto skewers.
- Thread cheese onto separate skewers.
- Brush potatoes and cheese with dressing mixture.
- Cut onion lengthwise in half; cut each half into 8 wedges, being careful to not cut through to root end of each onion piece.
- Grill onions, cut-sides down, 5 min.
- ; turn.
- Brush with dressing mixture.
- Add potatoes; grill 6 to 8 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender and potatoes are heated through, turning potatoes occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture.
- Remove onions and potatoes from grill.
- Add cheese skewers to grill; cook 4 min., turning after 2 min.
- Cut bottoms off onions pieces to separate wedges; place in medium bowl.
- Remove potatoes and cheese from skewers.
- Add to onions; mix lightly.
