Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos With Salsa Creme & Broccoli Slaw

  1. For the slaw: In a large bowl combine broccoli slaw, onions, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
  2. Stir well and let it refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. For the tacos: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  4. Brush fish with olive oil and Old Bay.
  5. Grill until cooked though and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and give a good squirt of lime juice.
  7. For the salsa creme: Meanwhile combine all salsa creme ingredients in a medium sized bowl, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  8. Assemble the tacos!
  9. Place a good tablespoon salsa creme onto a tortilla, top with fish, and then with slaw, and lastly with a slice of avocado!
  10. Enjoy with extra salsa!
