Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos With Salsa Creme & Broccoli Slaw
- 1 package 12 Oz Package, Organic Broccoli Slaw Mix (I Got Mine From Trader Joe's)
- 1/2 cups Purple Onions, Diced
- 1 cup Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 cups White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 1 pound Wild Caught Mahi Mahi Fillets, Skinless
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Or As Needed To Coat Fish
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 Lime
- 8 Corn Tortillas, Warmed
- 1 Avocado (peeled, Pitted And Sliced)
- 1 cup Salsa (homemade Or Store Bought)
- 1/2 cups Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- For the slaw: In a large bowl combine broccoli slaw, onions, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
- Stir well and let it refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- For the tacos: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
- Brush fish with olive oil and Old Bay.
- Grill until cooked though and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and give a good squirt of lime juice.
- For the salsa creme: Meanwhile combine all salsa creme ingredients in a medium sized bowl, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Assemble the tacos!
- Place a good tablespoon salsa creme onto a tortilla, top with fish, and then with slaw, and lastly with a slice of avocado!
- Enjoy with extra salsa!
