Lotus Root Kinpira

  1. Peel the lotus root and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Slice into thin half rounds.
  3. Soak in cold water.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Saute the lotus root in the oil.
  6. Add the other ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.
