Chili Spice Rub for Steak

• 14 cup dried ancho chile powder
• 1 12 teaspoons sweet paprika
• 2 teaspoons oregano
• 2 teaspoons coriander
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin

1. Store in airtight container until ready to use.
2. Rub well into meat.
3. Cook to desired doneness and serve with my recipe for Steak Sauce.
