Creamed Spinach

• 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach
• 1 small onion
• 14-12 cup low-fat cream cheese
• 14-12 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1. Cook spinach according to package directions.
2. Saute onion.
3. Drain spinach and combine with all other ingredients.
