Braised Rice Recipe

  1. Heat butter in an ovenproof skillet; add in oion and saute/fry till tender.
  2. Add in rice, broth, salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Bake, covered at 350 for 20 min or possibly till broth is absorbed and rice is tender.
  5. Stir with a fork and serve.
  6. This recipe yields 10 servings.
