Pineapple Fluff Recipe

  1. Cook together 4 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and crushed pineapple till thick.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in cool water then add in warm water and pour into egg yolk mix, stir and let cold.
  4. Beat the egg whites with 1/2 c. sugar till stiff.
  5. Beat whipping cream.
  6. Fold all mixtures together and pour in a bowl lined with crushed vanilla wafers, reserve a few for the top.
