Emerald Star

  1. In a pitcher, combine the light rum, mango nectar, Midori, apricot brandy and lime juice and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add a quarter of the chilled mixture.
  3. Shake well and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses.
  4. Repeat three times with fresh ice and the remaining mixture.
  5. Garnish each drink with a lime wedge and a maraschino cherry skewer.
