Swiss Broccoli Soup

  1. Steam broccoli with 1 tablespoon water in covered microwave-safe dish, cooking on high power for 4 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in a 2 quart saucepan, saute onion in margarine until tender.
  4. Stir in gravy, milk, and broccoli.
  5. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cheese, and heat until cheese is melted.
