Chicken And Vegetables With Biscuits Recipe

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water 20 min.
  2. Drain noodles and combine with chicken or possibly tuna and mixed vegetables.
  3. Heat together mushroom soup and 3/4 c. lowfat milk and 2 c. shredded cheese to make sauce.
  4. In greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish combine noodle mix and cheese sauce.
  5. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 15 min.
  6. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and 2/3 c. lowfat milk in bowl.
  7. Drop by spoonsful to create 6 biscuits around edge of casserole.
  8. Return to oven and bake uncovered 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 2 or possibly 3 more min.
  10. Serves 6 to 8.
