Dorayaki Cream-Filled

  1. Add the honey, vegetable oil, and eggs into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
  2. Add milk and mix well.
  3. Then add the Homemade Pancake Mix and mix.
  4. Don't knead the mixture.
  5. Heat an electric griddle to 140C.
  6. Use a ladle to spread the mixture over the griddle.
  7. Once the top layer starts to bubble turn over and lightly cook.
  8. Once it's cooked, set it on top of a kitchen towel.
  9. Be sure not to let them overlap with each other.
  10. Place a tightly wrung towel on top to allow it to become moist.
  11. Put the heavy cream into a bowl and whip until foamy.
  12. Add the adzuki and mix with a rubber spatula.
  13. Cool the adzuki cream mixture from Step 5, then place in between the pancakes you made in Step 4 and it's complete.
