Dorayaki Cream-Filled
- 200 grams Homemade Pancake Mix
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Egg
- 150 ml Milk
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 1 can Boiled adzuki beans, canned
- Add the honey, vegetable oil, and eggs into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Then add the Homemade Pancake Mix and mix.
- Don't knead the mixture.
- Heat an electric griddle to 140C.
- Use a ladle to spread the mixture over the griddle.
- Once the top layer starts to bubble turn over and lightly cook.
- Once it's cooked, set it on top of a kitchen towel.
- Be sure not to let them overlap with each other.
- Place a tightly wrung towel on top to allow it to become moist.
- Put the heavy cream into a bowl and whip until foamy.
- Add the adzuki and mix with a rubber spatula.
- Cool the adzuki cream mixture from Step 5, then place in between the pancakes you made in Step 4 and it's complete.
