Spinach Bread Dip

  1. In a large bowl combine soup mix and sour cream.
  2. Strain excess water from spinach and add to dip mixture.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
  5. Slice a circle around top of bread and remove inside and cut into bite sized pieces.
  6. Fill hole with spinach dip.
  7. Cut other bread loaf into cubes and serve with dip.
