Toasty Tuna Sandwiches
- 6 12 ounces tuna, drained and flaked
- 6 12 ounces Velveeta cheese, sliced and cubed
- 14 cup chopped celery
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- kraft real mayonnaise
- 6 slices white bread, toasted
- tomatoes, slices
- Combine tuna, 1/4 pound Velveeta, celery, egg, onion and enough mayonnaise to moisten; mix lightly.
- Cover toasted bread slices with tuna mixture; top with tomato.
- Bake at 350, 5 minutes.
- Top with additional sliced cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
