Michigan Vegetable Soup Recipe

  1. Peel and dice the vegetables.
  2. Cook all of it in the butter, in covered pot for about 10 min, or possibly till onion is tender.
  3. Add in this to the following:

rutabaga, parsnip, onions, carrots, green pepper, butter
