Smoked Chicken and Spinach Pizza
- 20cm pizza base
- 50ml tomato paste
- 1 (120g) smoked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 60g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 50g baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Spread the pizza base evenly with tomato paste.
- Top with smoked chicken breast, tomatoes, cubed Philly* and spinach leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and Philly* is golden brown.
- Serve.
