Chicken Strips

  1. Pour marinade ingredients and chicken into gallon size ziplock bag.
  2. Refridgerate overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Dip chicken into breading mixture and thoroughly coat.
  5. Heat oil or butter in large skillet to medium high heat.
  6. Brown each chicken strip.
  7. Place on a cookie sheet with a cookie cooling rack in it.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove foil.
  11. Bake for another 20 minutes.
