Shrimp Bruschetta with Orzo Pasta

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, mix 1/4 cup dressing and 1/3 of garlic.
  4. Thread shrimp onto 6 skewers; thread 24 tomatoes onto 6 additional skewers alternately with bread.
  5. Grill all skewers 3 min., turning and brushing occasionally with half the dressing mixture.
  6. Remove tomato skewers from grill.
  7. Place onions in single layer on grill grate.
  8. Grill onions and shrimp 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until shrimp turn pink and onions are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing mixture.
  10. Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  11. Quarter remaining tomatoes.
  12. Add to pasta with remaining dressing, garlic and basil; mix lightly.
  13. Slice onions; stir into pasta mixture.
  14. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  15. Serve with shrimp skewers.
