Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Dessert
- 1 (18 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 ounce) containerred raspberry low-fat yogurt
- 1 (15 ounce) container chocolate frosting
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 cups raspberry pie filling
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Beat cake mix (dry) and margarine in large bowl on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup.
- Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
- Beat cream cheese, yogurt and frosting in same bowl on medium speed until smooth.
- Beat in eggs until blended.
- Pour over crust; sprinkle with crumbly mixture.
- Bake about 45 minutes or until center is set; cool completely.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Cut into 2-inch squares; serve with pie filling.
- Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.
