Healthy Home Fried Potatoes #SP5

  1. Place 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in pan with green and red peppers, fresh garlic and mix for a few minutes.
  2. Then add potatoes and let cook for another ten minutes or until potatoes are done to your liking.
  3. Add chopped fresh spinach, mix, and let cook for a few minutes and cover.
  4. There you have a great side dish or a nice snack.
