Healthy Home Fried Potatoes #SP5
- fresh spinach leaves
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes
- Place 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in pan with green and red peppers, fresh garlic and mix for a few minutes.
- Then add potatoes and let cook for another ten minutes or until potatoes are done to your liking.
- Add chopped fresh spinach, mix, and let cook for a few minutes and cover.
- There you have a great side dish or a nice snack.
