Spareribs in Black Bean Sauce

  1. Parboil spareribs.
  2. Rinse and drain well.
  3. Dredge in flour lightly.
  4. Heat oil in heavy pan.
  5. Stir fry black bean mixture.
  6. Add spareribs and brown.
  7. Add seasoning while browning spareribs.
  8. Add broth.
  9. Bring to boil.
  10. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
  11. Thicken with cornstarch mixture.
  12. Garnish.
