Baltimore Hash Recipe

  1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat till meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add in tomatoes, carrots, celery, and potatoes.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover, and simmer for 30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Yield: 6 servings.
