Blueberry Pudding Cakes

  1. Preheat oven over 400.
  2. Lightly coat 6oz individual baking dishes with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Arrange dishes in a 15x10x1-inch baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, whisk in sugar, vanilla and salt.
  5. Whisk in milk.
  6. Add flour and baking powder.
  7. Whisk until smooth.Put berries into individual dishes.
  8. Pour batter over berries.
  9. Bake-20 minutes.
