Greek Garlic and Lemon Chicken

  1. Cut out a piece of foil for each chicken breast.
  2. Rub olive oil on each sheet.
  3. In a bowl mix lemon zest, garlic, soy sauce , lemon juice, paprika.
  4. Then brush or dip each chicken breast into the sauce and place onto a piece of foil.
  5. Then sprinkle salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
  6. And 1-2 sliced onion rings on top and fold the foil shut tightly.
  7. Place on the grill for 15-30 minutes.
  8. (time depends on size and thickness of chicken breasts.
  9. Or put in the oven at 350 degrees.
