Pumpkin Pecan Pie III
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
- Beat eggs until frothy.
- Stir in pumpkin, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Chill.
