Easy Chow Mein Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can bean sprouts
- Chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. onions
- 4 ounce. mushrooms
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- Soy sauce
- Brown hamburger in skillet, drain grease, add in mushrooms and minced onions.
- Open and drain bean sprouts.
- Fill can with boiling water and add in chicken bouillon cube.
- Let dissolve then add in to hamburger.
- Add in bean sprouts and about four to five shakes of soy sauce.
- Stir and let heat.
- Then add in chow mein noodles.
- Stir till juice is dissolved.
- Takes about 45 min.
