Alur Khosha Bhaja Recipe

  1. Put besan in a paper bag & add in potato peels.
  2. Close the bag tightly & shake till the peels are proportionately coated.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  4. Add in poppyseeds & saute/fry gently till lightly browned.
  5. Add in salt & cayenne.
  6. Add in the peels & fry till they are a medium-brown & crisp.
  7. Stir constantly: this will take anywhere up to 15 min.
  8. Remove from heat & serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
  9. Bengal Region"
