Tator Tot Breakfast Casserole

• 1 dozen Eggs
• 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 box cooked sausage links (I used tysons already cooked sausage links)
• 1 packages bacon
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp dill weed
• 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
• 32 oz oreida tator tots
• 1/2 cup minced onion

1. Pre-heat oven to 400
2. Cook package of bacon until crisp
3. While bacon is cooking, slice up sausage links and mix eggs, milk, sausage and seasonings together.
4. As bacon is finishing up, stir in tator tots Into egg mixture.
5. Grease a 9x11 pan and pour egg mixture into pan.
6. Crumble cooked bacon on top and put dish in the oven.
7. Bake for 35 minutes and check to make sure egg is mostly cooked.
8. Pull the pan out and put shredded cheese on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
9. Let cool a little bit and enjoy!
