Chipped Beef Chicken Recipe
- 6 pc. boned chicken breast
- 12 pc. dry chip beef
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup, creamed
- 6 slices bacon
- Wrap chicken in 2 pcs of chipped beef.
- Wrap bacon over beef.
- Place in shallow greased casserole dish.
- Mix 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 pt.
- lowfat sour cream.
- Pour over chicken, bake in 275 degree oven about 2 hrs.
- Cover when bubbles.
