Balsamic Pork Chops From Lhj Recipe
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Pork chops, 1 inch thick Salt Freshly grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. Chopped shallots
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat, 2 min.
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Add in to skillet and cook 5 min per side.
- Transfer to platter and keep hot.

- Add in shallots to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute.
- Add in broth, vinegar and thyme; cook, stirring, over high heat 5 min.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter.
- Pour over chops.
