Mushroom and Ham Fettuccine

  1. Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Add ham and mushrooms; cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add cream, increase heat to medium-high; boil 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture coats back of spoon.
  5. Stir in half of the cheese.
  6. Add fettucine; toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper and remaining cheese.
