Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Combine sauce ingredients and heat till smooth.
  2. Mix cheese, chicken and onions together.
  3. Dip corn tortillas in warm oil to soften.
  4. Place 2-3 Tbsp.
  5. filling in center of each tortilla; add in 1 Tbsp.
  6. of sauce and roll tortilla.
  7. Place seam side down, side by side in baking dish.
  8. Pour remaining sauce over all.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
