Veal Roll Recipe

  1. Mix beef and pork with Large eggs, crumbs, ketchup, mustard, parsley, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread onto veal.
  3. Roll up carefully like a jelly roll.
  4. Tie with string.
  5. Place in casserole and top with spaghetti sauce.
  6. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
