Chicken Chip Casserole
- 1 (11 ounce) canchicken breast in water
- 1 (20 ounce) bag egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) bag potato chips, plain, crushed into small crumbs
- salt and pepper
- First Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
- Cook noodles to package directions, drain, rinse and set aside.
- In the pan you cooked the noodles in, pour in the rest of the ingredients except the potato chips and combine.
- Add back the noodles and mix well.
- Pour noodle mixture into a 13x9 pan.
- Top with crushed up potato chips.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
