Easy Beef Stew (Crock Pot)

• 3 lbs stewing beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
• 12 cup beef broth
• 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery)

1. Combine all of the ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
