Easy-Peasy Gazpacho

  1. Place tomato chunks into the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. (There will be some slightly larger chunks left while some of it will liquefy.)
  4. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
  5. Repeat process with cucumber and bell pepper.
  6. Place onion and garlic in food processor.
  7. Pulse until liquefied.
  8. Add to other ingredients in mixing bowl.
  9. Mix together all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Chill thoroughly before serving.
