Cheesy Potato Casserole
- 4 12 cups cooked sliced potatoes
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon black and red pepper blend
- 24 ounces 4% cottage cheese, Daisy Brand
- 1 cup sour cream, Daisy Brand
- 3 12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 dash paprika
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Butter a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Blend potatoes, onions, and red pepper blend.
- Fold in cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Spread into casserole dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese and paprika.
- Cook at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
