Goofy Waldorf Salad in a Cone

• 1 cup grated carrot
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup chopped apple
• 12 cup chopped walnuts
• 12 cup raisins
• 2 -3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 4 ice cream cones

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients well.
2. Scoop into ice cream cones.
