banana soya yogurt smoothie (lactose free)

  1. Mix it all, excpet for the oat, in a blender
  2. Add the oat and mix it all together with a spoon
  3. Decorate with cinnamon
  4. Note: the uncooked oat may give a less sweet flavour to the smoothie.
  5. You could try and honey to make it more pleasant
