Beef Rollups

  1. Coat each steak with dijon mustard then onion.
  2. Place several strips of celery and carrots in the center.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll steak around the veggies and secure with string or dental floss.
  5. Place in a skillet and brown with oil then add the tomatoes and bouillon which has been dissolved in water.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes over medium heat or until meat is done.
  7. Mix cornstarch with 1/3 cup water, stir into skillet and turn the burner on high and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
  8. Delicious served over rice.
  9. I also like to double the sauce and add extra veggies to the pot.
