White Sauce with Sake Lees & Soy Milk

  1. Add the sake lees and 1 cup of soy milk into a pan.
  2. Heat on low while letting the sake lees dissolve.
  3. Once melted, add the rest of the soy milk and white miso.
  4. Stir until there are no lumps left.
