Sweet Ricotta-Strawberry

• 1/4 c. ricotta cheese
• 1 bagel half
• 2 strawberries
• 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. sugar

1. Spread 1/4 cup ricotta cheese on 1 toasted bagel half; top with 2 sliced strawberries and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
