Hummus
- 2 can (800g) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and washed
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 1/3 cup Lemon juice
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 Sprinkle of smoked paprika to serve
- 1 Drizzle of olive oil to serve
- Throw all ingredients into a tall plastic container and 'stick it'!
- (Blend well with a stick blender).
- If it looks to dry add a little water and blend until right.
- Spoon into a nice serving dish, garnish with some parsley, whole chickpeas, drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of smoked paprika.
- Goes nicely with some grilled/crusty pita bread (or Turkish bread) broken into pieces.
- Simply dip and eat!
- Yum!
