Hummus

  1. Throw all ingredients into a tall plastic container and 'stick it'!
  2. (Blend well with a stick blender).
  3. If it looks to dry add a little water and blend until right.
  4. Spoon into a nice serving dish, garnish with some parsley, whole chickpeas, drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of smoked paprika.
  5. Goes nicely with some grilled/crusty pita bread (or Turkish bread) broken into pieces.
  6. Simply dip and eat!
  7. Yum!
