Creamy Potato Puff Recipe

• 4 c. warm mashed potatoes (5)
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1/3 c. minced onions, optional
• 1 egg
• 1 sm. jar diced pimento
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, egg and salt together till creamy.
2. Add in onion and pimento.
3. Put in ungreased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
4. Double for company.
5. Can be made ahead of time and frzn.
