Caramelized Onion
- 1 1/2 medium
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white dry wine I use no salt
- 1 cup beef broth
- Cook onion until brown
- Add sugar.
- Cook until caramelized.
- Add white wine, turn heat on medium high.
- Until 1/4 of liquid is left.
- Add broth and boil for like 5-6 mins.
- Let it simmer and pour over pork chops, or anything you like after cooked.
