Caramelized Onion

  1. Cook onion until brown
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Cook until caramelized.
  4. Add white wine, turn heat on medium high.
  5. Until 1/4 of liquid is left.
  6. Add broth and boil for like 5-6 mins.
  7. Let it simmer and pour over pork chops, or anything you like after cooked.
