Spicy Seeded Crackers with Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place lavash on baking sheets in single layer.
  3. Coat with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan in even layer over lavash, then top with poppy seeds, caraway, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool 10 minutes, then break into pieces.
